LNG Truck Loading Arm

LNG Truck Loading Arm is an equipment designed to load & unload liquefied natural gas or any other cryogenic media with our own intellectual property.

The LNG Truck Loading Arm for LNG transfer are specially designed for loading and unloading of road or rail tankers: special attention has been paid to the selection of materials and special welding procedures to withstand the extremely low temperatures, and to the nitrogen piping, to keep the swivel dry and prevent ice formation.

LNG Truck Loading Arm consists of two arms, one for liquefied media named liquid arm, one for vapor media named vapor arm. Each of the liquid and vapor arms has five swivel joints. The upper arm is used for vapor return, and the lower arm is used for liquid transferring.

The key parts of LNG Truck Loading Arm is swivel joint which adopts double raceway design, equipped with nitrogen purge system to keep positive pressure and free of dust or water. The replacement of the product seals for swivel joint is quick and convenient.
